There will be a Thanksgiving Day lunch at McKenna Hall at 2:00pm on Thursday, November 28th, for any household, family, or individual who would like to come that may not have family to celebrate with. Come! Celebrate with your Church Family. Please RSVP by Sunday, November 24th, if you are coming. We do ask that you bring a side dish (if you can). Meat and drinks will be provided by the parish.
Please mark your calendars for Sunday, December 8th, which is the normal time for the celebration of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Bishop Rice will be with us on that day at the 10:30 a.m. Mass. Following Mass there will be a noon meal and gathering for all parishioners and their families. Please make every effort to attend this important time of fellowship and looking toward the future.
Sacred Heart Parish is needing more volunteers to help with preparing funeral dinners for families in the parish when loved ones pass away. This is a great way to participate in the Corporal Works of Mercy of both Feeding the Hungry and Burying the Dead.
